Heat generator "Volcano", 2MW
Heat generator with the moving grate front furnaces series of «Volcano» production of plant «SP-Co» is intended for combustion of complex types of solid fuel:
1. Wet bulk waste wood (sawdust, shavings, chips with humidity of up to 55%).
2. Peat (with humidity up to 50%), including with high ash content (up to 30%)...
3. A variety of agricultural wastes (of vegetable residues, waste products of industrial processing of agricultural products, droppings, etc.), including humid and other biomass.
4. Low-calorie (brown) coal, lignin, lignite, slates, etc.
In the complexes of the equipment for processing of biomass production plant «SP-Co» heat-generator «Volcano» is designed to work jointly with the equipment line of drying and grinding of biomass. The TG should work in pair with the device afterburners (mixer spark-blowout), which is sold separately.
As fuel in the heat-generators solid-fuel for order to achieve maximum efficiency work, better use of pre-prepared fuel: dry wood logs, wood waste (wood chips, sawdust, etc.) and wood briquettes.

The construction TG created in strict accordance with the latest scientific findings and contains a number of innovative technical solutions, which allow you to burn bulk materials with a high moisture content, fuel with a high ash content and other kinds of difficult burning fuels.
Thanks to the calculated to the last detail design, the largest possible part of the heat is transferred directly heat carrier and the heat losses are reduced to a minimum.

Design and principle of operation
Constructively TGS presented is a double-walled steel parallelepiped. Inner housing have in surface the holes for the air supply and he lining high-temperature chamotte brickwork, part of which has the holes for the air. The lining and nozzles made of material that can withstand the temperature of 1650 degrees Celsius. Blowing air is blown by fans in the cavity between the cylinders, where he heating air at the same time cooling the inner cylinder, and then over the holes for the air gets in a zone of pyrolysis or afterburning. Inside the heat-generator there is a special presser screen, which provides almost complete combustion of fuel, despite the minimum geometric dimensions of the thermal generator. In the combustion chamber is installed the frame with the mobile and not mobile gridiron. The Rama is located is at an angle to the plane of the floor, which prevents long a lie raw materials, and mobile gridiron provide mixing of fuel. The Grate moves in the guides on cast-iron rollers. The Grate moves by a hydraulic drive. The driving gear serve hydraulic cylinder connected to the hydraulic power unit with the connecting hoses.
Movability of grid-irons, in combination with the relatively low temperature of combustion in a fully encased in refractory brick of the holes for the air, furnace prevents the formation of slag, which is especially important for the combustion low-grade raw materials. Grid-irons made of a special alloy with high chromium content than are provided with a high heat resistance and mechanical strength.
In the upper part of the heat-generator is located removable cover with forced air cooling.
On the casing of the heat-generator is set blower fans, which provides feed air at the space below the grid-irons. The air passing through the holes in grid-irons, participates in the main combustion. Fan combination with air duct through a the special tubes and provides air pressure through the holes for the air in the brickwork, thus the cooling a cover and housing TG. On the side wall of the TG located the door for the ignition and download large size fuel (wood), as well as service hatches for ash removal (ashpit).
Lifting nodes are located on the upper part of the housing.
On the casing of the heat-generator has the following pipes with flanges:
1. Pipe to connect the auger conveyor (system feeder);
2. Pipe to connect duct (the given duct is made detachable for in order to heat-generator was not a massive load during transportation by motor transport).
Adjust the air supply into the combustion chamber of fuel it is possible with the help of frequency regulator (option).
Fuel feed system consists of a bunker and a screw drive.
Bunker fuel has the form of a cylinder and is made of sheet steel.
In the lower part of the bunker there is a hole, intended for the abstraction of bulk fuel with help the auger conveyor.
On bunker supply system fuel can be installed of tank for supply water (option) in the auger in case of ignition of the fuel.
In the immediate vicinity of the heat-generator on the pipe conveyor is installed temperature sensor (option) required for the sound and light signal in case of ignition of fuel in auger, and feed the signal to opening a solenoid valve and water supply from the tank.
Auger fuel supply pass is not horizontal, but has a slope in the direction of the heat-generator.

Advantages of leasing
1. Opportunity to receive financing in the volume increasing value of a business because mortgaging security in leasing transactions is the object of leasing itself.
2. Buying equipment on lease does not change balance of own and borrowed finance that lets the enterprise receive bank credits at the same time with buying equipment on lease.
3. Buying equipment on lease let the enterprise cut expenses for taxation because:
3.1 Leasing payments in full volume are to be counted together with production prime cost thus they reduce taxable base and as a result reduce tax on profit.
3.2 VAD taken from leasing payments can be reckoned.
3.3 Due to buying equipment on lease its depreciation is considered accelerated thus tax on property is significantly decreased. In case if during the time of leasing contract the equipment is shown at the balance sheet of the Lessor, the Lessee has not to pay tax on property for the property bought in this period in accordance with this contract.
Disadvantages of leasing:
1. Necessity of advanced payment (20 or 30% dependent on the cost of equipment)
2. Necessity (as in our case) to sign trilateral contract that needs much more time to be adopted by all parties than bilateral one.
It is evident that these disadvantages do not overlap the advantages of leasing.

Leasing (or financial rent) – it is long term rent of equipment with following buying-out (right to buy-out) by the lessee.
Object of leasing – in our case – separate elements or complex factories for producing wood pellets, briquettes, wood flour, granulated meal, wood particles etc.
Leasing contract – is the contract in accordance with which the Lessor (the Buyer) is obliged to buy the equipment specified by the Lessee from special Seller (in this case from “SPiKo, Ltd.”) or our official representative and provide due payment for timely possession of equipment with its following buying-out.
Main types of buying equipment on lease:
1. To present a number of documents for us to be sure in your financial opportunities.

3. To sign the leasing contract (and relevant documents if necessary)
4. Lessee has to pay in advance to the Lessor.
