To buy some piece of equipment or a totally completed factory you need to choose it correctly first.
We tried to ease this process for you maximally.
What can help you:
firstly, we have developed a range of standard factory models (designs) which are now our serial production and are operating in real conditions on various sites;
secondly, all completed factories are categorized according to the type of the raw materials, type of production and type of the industry. All of them are provided with the technology description and technical specifications;
thirdly, to make the choice easier for you we have published several informative articles in the “Useful information” section.
How to use the mechanism of ready design choice:
1. Firstly you need to look at the type of the raw materials, type of the ready product and the necessary productivity.
2. It is necessary to go through our generic solutions using a special filter (pages “Raw materials”, “Product” and “Production branch” on the main page). This filter will help you to find out the equipment cost, building dimensions and other technical characteristics. Many generic solutions were implemented in several variants that is why the generic solutions are linked to the descriptions and photos of the working factories in “Our works”, client’s opinions and videos.
3. It is necessary to send us a request through a very easy and short form. For your convenience on the main page there are two buttons “Send a request” and “Calculate the equipment cost”. These buttons open the corresponding forms. The first form is better to be used for substandard requests, e.g. rare or exotic raw materials or substandard solutions. The second form can be used for generic solutions with fixed productivity and this form may bring you quicker to the desired result.
Please pay your attention: we do not accept requests via e-mail.
Detailed advice on certain types of equipment you can find in the following articles.
As is known, the production of pellets and briquettes from wooden waste as well as from other types of biomass needs the raw material to be chipped first and then dried up 10…12% of moisture content. To do this different equipment can be used. In the XX century one of the most well-known complexes with this aim were drying drums and hammer chippers. But in the XXI century it became necessary to reach one more economic purpose – energy efficiency.
The production of pellets, briquettes, wood-polymer composites and porous ceramic bricks needs the raw materials to be dried and chipped first. Most of the drying equipments require an exterior heating source. In this article we will try to find out which heating equipment is better to be used in the named production process.
It is well known that briquetting is one of the best ways of turning wooden waste into ecobiofuel of high quality. Since the wastes have minimal and sometimes even negative worth and briquettes are sold at a price of at least 100 Euro per ton it is logical to conclude that producing briquettes can bring high profit. Is it really true?
