Quality of the equipment

We do our best to provide constant improvement of equipment produced by our company. In order to reach this goal we try to use the best materials and accessories (detail see below). To protect equipment, that is to work under the temperature of 100oC, from corrosion we ground it and cover with light beige enamel, and to protect equipment for higher temperatures we cover it with heatproof silver enamel. Complexes of equipment are first of all functional and due to the color possess nice outlook.
1. Storage assembly for supply and sorting of raw material.
1.1 Equipment for mechanized storage assembly with “moving bed”
1.1.1 Stockers of moving bed are produced from thick-walled steel shape. Wings of stocker are made of steel of two different types to provide both flexibility and elasticity. The lower part of stocker wing is solid and the upper ones are separated (made with reinforcement rib). Thus welds are non-coplanar and it provides maximal structural solidity.
1.1.2. Hydrostation is made on the basis of axial-piston pump, comparing to other types of pumps this pump holds down in case of load increase. All accessories are proved in Germany. Hydrostations produced by our company possess reservoir of pressure and productivity.
1.2. Transporters.
1.2.1. Bodies of transporters are made of steel of 3 mm thickness and supplied with thick-walled shaped tube. To protect section of transporter from screwing and whipping its section possesses up to 14 reinforcement ribs.
1.2.2. The main advantage of our transporters is their special chains that do not have any analogs in Russia.
Most part of chain transporters produced in Russia and neighboring countries are made with one chain placed in the centre. Such construction is suitable for transporting corn and other dry goods but not for cuttings and wood chips because such products stuck inside chains loops and provoke damage of transporter.
Very often producers of transporters want to cut down expenses for materials for chain wheels, so they shorten the diameter of the wheels. As a result there is a necessity to produce sprockets with truncate teeth. This fact proves the possibility of damaging the transporter. That’s why we had to give up producing transporters with one central chain.
Transporter chain where part of wheels possesses special areas for blade retention is expensive and there is low demand for such chains. That’s why almost all factories on the territory of Former Soviet Republics stopped their production. Several producers found the following way out – they started to buy common ready-made chain and weld aprons to this chain (!!!). In the process of welding the chain undertakes special heat treatment that makes it firm. Arc-welding is prohibited.
We do not try to cut our expenses, that is why we started our own production of chains. Now we use double chain with stampings for blade retention, so the abovementioned disadvantages do not take place in our transporters.
1.2.3 Disc separator.
Earlier we used to buy disc separators with bearing blocks made “on paws”. Such constructions possess one evident disadvantage – gaps in side plates that lead to loss of raw material. That is why we decided to produce separators at our plant and worked out a construction with flanged bearing blocks that eliminate the loss of raw material.
2. Section of heat generation.
2.1 Heat generator.
Our heat generator using solid fuel has been created after a series of researches in the sphere of firing of solid fuels, experiments of practical use of solid fuel heat generators in complex equipments or producing fuel granules. Its construction has been worked out in compliance with the last scientific researches and includes several innovative technical decisions, unique in the world, that provide the firing of fuel into two stages:
1. Gasification under high temperatures and lack of oxygen;
2. Afterburning of pyrolysis gases with excess of oxygen.
Both processes run into vortex, the ash goes to the ash collector.
Due to the abovementioned features our heat generator possesses high efficiency and low content of water vapor in the coolant that is important in case of use for production of granules for biomass. Due to the strictly counted construction maximal possible part of heat is transferred to the coolant and thus heat losses into the environment are practically absent.
2.2 Screw conveyer of heat generator bunker.
Fuel supply to the heat generator is usually made by screw conveyer. Steel pipe of this transporter enters the firing zone and it used to be the reason for often firing of steel pipe and screw at the end of the transporter. We made this construction more complicated by providing it with double pipe. Blasting air is supplied between inside and outside pipes, it coolers the details and get heated itself that improves the efficiency of firing and eliminates the firing of pipes.
3. Section for raw material drying and blending.
3.1 Machine for drying and blending
Innovative work out, highly efficient equipment that change the technology of biomass processing includes a series of technical decisions possessing 6 licenses of the RF but at the same time is of very simple construction and maximal possible quality of producing all subassembly.
3.2 Cyclones
Up to 2007 we used to use common industrial cyclones. Practice of their use shows that their efficiency can reach 95%. Such percent of sediment is inappropriate for most part of enterprises due to proximity to inhibited areas. That is why we started to use more battery cyclones that are more expensive. Their efficiency reaches 99,5%. Thus we save up to 45kg of raw materials per ton of ready production. So we save 45 tons (a whole wagon) of raw materials per 1000 tons! Very often our equipment is installed in not prepared buildings with a lot of barriers that make assembly even more complicated. Very often it results in necessity to turn the head of a cyclone. Almost all producers make either fixed heads of cyclones or with possibility of turn only at special angle. Cyclones produced by our company allow us to turn a head in the process of assembly at any angle and we don’t have to put it off and then again connect it with cyclone (that is to unscrew all nuts and then put together all holes). This quality simplifies the process of assembly.
3.3 Air pipes.
In the process of producing air pipes in the places of plants location Buyers often do not follow technical requirements. This fact reduces efficiency and sustainability of equipment work.
We produce air pipes as of standard sizes as according to individual sizes pointed by a client that allows us to place the equipment at the client’s area more efficiently and conveniently. But the main advantage is that all air pipes are made in compliance with requirements of aerodynamics.
3.4 Turning air pipes.
Grinded biomass possesses abrasive features, that’s why in the process of transportation it often wear out the inside walls of the air pipes. This effect is even more strong in the places of turns (at about 90o). To prolong the term of their service and simplifying the process of changing worn out details we produce loaded turning sections with replaceable outside wall.
3.5 Star valves.
To provide efficient work of cyclones and pneumonic transport the equipment needs star valves (rotating valves) with maximal degree of hermetization. Many industrial brunches use cast iron seal legs with ground in blades. However if you work with wood flour such blades start to produce squeaks, besides there are products (such as poultry droppings) they can not deal with at all. We use seal legs with tightly connected details and ribbon (replaceable) ends that provides good hermetization and protects from damaging.

4. Granulation or briquetting line
4.1 Granulator bunker (briquette pressure, flour). It is produced in two types:
4.1.1 It can be of squared shape that provides simple assembly and service of the second row places above the granulator or briquetting pressure. It also helps to create warm zone around the pressure. Two screws turning towards each other prevent from caking and hanging-up of raw materials. Bunker allows the user to connect one or two pressures to it. It can have two windows: horizontal and vertical one. Bearing assembly is SKF.
4.1.2 It can be of cylindrical shape. It is usually used in lines with one pressure. It possesses more simple and reliable turning mechanism of small volume. It also provides simple assembly and service of the second row.
4.2 Noria (vertical belt transporter).
4.4.1 Noria. Line of high-grade norias created on the basis of the best European analogs and best accessories. Main advantages are presence of heatproof band (in the process of transferring hot granules common band usually wears out), solid buckets (term of service is much more higher than of welded or riveted ones), SKF bearing assembly. Head and body of the noria have special windows that make service more convenient and reduce the risk of damage. It may be supplied with band slip and overtail sensors, back up sensors and explosion vents.
4.4.2 Semi-step transporter. It is a special transporter with heatproof band with divisions. It is the best variety for transferring hot granules to the refrigerant because the granules are not damaged in the process of loading.
4.5 Granules refrigerant.
4.5.1 Refrigerant with shutters. It is usually used at the factories with productivity of two tons per hour. It is a modernized modification of a refrigerant tested by years of granulating grass flour. It possesses the following improved features: metal thickness has been increased, shutter height has been increased (that fact prevents the outflow of granules from the column), the system of dividing not granulated seeds from granulated ones.
4.5.2 Reverse-flow refrigerant
Our innovation possesses several advantages comparing to analogs:
1) It helps to solve the problem of warm air outflow form the room in cold seasons.
2) It possesses brand-new energy saving system of unloading granules that’s why the refrigerant works at minimal power. Besides it possesses all advantages that are common to reverse-flow granule refrigerants. Detail and photos see page “Innovations”.
4.6 Sorting granules
It is produced in several modifications the quality of each has been tested by long-term exploitation.
