On April 25-27, 2013 in St. Petersburg the International Spring Biofuel Congress which general sponsor was JSC SP-Co took place. Participants of the Congress not only learned a lot of new and useful information, but also personally got acquainted with interesting people, specialists of branch. Traditionally keen interest was shown to the report on production of torrefied biofuel, the report on researches on biofuel burning from a reed drew attention of participants, there were many other new interesting subjects. But the main feature of the Congress in 2013 - expansion of its format. For the first time on it the questions concerning not only biofuel were discussed. Considerable interest was shown by participants to problems of processing of agricultural waste, in particular, to production of organic fertilizers from a dung or manure.
