Processing of a beer pellet or waste - in forages
On June 19, 2013 by request of investors from the Kemerovo region on a test platform in Pskov the next experiment on processing of a beer pellet was made. In a reason of big remoteness of a potential source of raw materials, the pellet for experiment was acquired on breweries of Pskov. Initial moisture of raw materials was more than 70%. In order to avoid loss of initial moisture (in interests of purity of experiment) the raw material was delivered in polyethylene bags.
Tests were carried out on the AC-4-1000 unit, in a regular mode: load of the main engine was around 80 A, temperature at the exit from the heatgenerator – about 450 °C, at the exit from the AS – from 85 to 125 °C.
During experiment from 400 kg of a beer pellet 110 kg of product with moisture of 10% were received. Experiment duration – 30 minutes, 8 minutes from them were spent for reaching of an operating mode.
After completion of drying crushing when opening a viewing cover inside the AS insignificant sticking of a material in the lower part of the unit - between the AS-4 case and extreme disks was established, but it wasn't reflected in AS work. Cleaning didn't demand special efforts. Also it was established that during the continuous work cleaning – happens spontaneously in process of drying of the stuck raw materials.
The granulation was carried out on LGB-1, in a regular mode. Load of the main engine – 100 A. Processes of a granulation, cooling and sorting didn't demand special modes. The matrix 480 - 8х78/48 was applied.
The received granules have diameter of 8 mm and length from 10 to 40 mm, are characterized by the good density, lack of cracks and swellings, have a smooth, glossy surface, beige color and a pleasant grain smell. On a photo – granules from a beer pellet.
The part of received production was transferred to the client for the laboratory analysis.
Thus, universality and efficiency of technology of processing of a biomass in the Unit of drying crushing of AS series was once again confirmed.
