New record of productivity of the drying-crushing Unit AS-4
On February 5, 2014 the new record of productivity of the drying crushing Unit AS-4-1000 is established. At plant on production of wood fuel granules in Ulan-Ude with the declared capacity of the drying-crushing Unit of 1000 kg/h productivity of 1580 kg/h was reached under following conditions:
- humidity of raw materials (sawdust) - about 60% - humidity of production (dry sawdust) - 10% - raw materials temperature - near -30 degrees Celsius - at raw materials there was a significant amount of snow and ice - consumed current of the main engine was 75 Amperes!
