The Second International seminar "Processing of a chicken dung - 2014"
After covering of an April seminar by mass media we received a number of applications from persons interested to take part in similar action. Giving preference to quality, but not quantity, we again limited number of participants of 30 persons. As well as last time, it was, mainly, general and technical directors of poultry farms, chief engineers. The considerable number of consultants, staff of investment companies and heads of business projects, which are the experts who at the moment aren't connected with poultry farming, became new. Means, the market starts seeing prospects of processing of a dung as independent profitable business, and not just as means of recycling and disposal of penalties.
The program of a seminar, traditionally, lit all stages of processing of a dung: from preparation of raw materials to the organization of sale of fertilizers and use of granules as fuel. We are grateful to our old partners and new experts who arrived to us to share the experience with the audience and practices. And that for discussion becomes more increasing. So last time the Biogran company told about the experience of export of fertilizers from dung, and now also imparted with participants of a seminar experience of the organization of their production. It became possible as the equipment for production of fertilizers in the Kaluga region which during the first seminar was only made by SP-Co plant, in October was already mounted and now is already started.
Very useful to all audience was speech of the specialist of Nature protection prosecutor's office Valuyeva N. N. on legal bases of utilization of dung. As it became clear, many regulations regulating this work weren't familiar to the management of poultry farms. Thus for their violation are provided and sanctions which size is measured by tens and even hundreds of millions of rubles are even more often applied.
The report of the CEO of JSC AGK Ekologiya Garzanov A.L. became one more new performance, devoted to energy production from dung with covering. In spite of the fact that we will apply this way only to rather small share of waste of poultry farms, and thus demands investments of much bigger scale, than production of fertilizers, from regions with undeveloped agriculture and difficult logistics it was useful for participants to learn that it exists and develops.
The communications which arose during the first seminar develop and start bearing fruits. So in the performance that made by Kobets V.G. and devoted to customs registration of the exported fertilizers from dung for the first time could be guided only by normative documents, and this time expert told about the real scheme of the work realized by the Logov&Partners company together with one of participants of the first seminar.
Visit of the operating production became a key event of the program, as well as last time. Participants could see with own eyes all process of processing of dung that, of course, impresses more, than all photos, booklets, presentations and video movies together taken. According to guests, granting opportunity directly to communicate to employees of similar production testifies to confidence of the manufacturing company of the equipment in operability of the offered technology and its reliability.
And, of course, we couldn't but find time for beauty of Izborsk in which we hold these seminars. Our Russian and foreign guests estimated power of fortress, took pleasure in freshness of Slovenian springs and beauty of the Malsky valley.
We hope that three days of saturated work gave to participants answers to the majority of questions and new ideas, and free time in remarkable places near Pskov – forces for their realization.
