Efficiency of drying of a beet pulp on the AS-4 Unit

On November 5, 2015 by request of investors from the Moscow region on a test platform in Pskov the next experiment on processing of sugar beet pulp was made. For experiment sugar beet pulp which is previously wrung out to relative humidity of 70 - 75% was provided by the Customer.

Tests were carried out on the AS-4-1000 unit, in the regular mode: load of the main engine was around 90 A, temperature at the exit from the heatgenerator – about 500 °C, at the exit from the AS – from 85 to 115 °C.

During experiment from about 1000 kg of a beet pulp 260 kg of "flour" by humidity about 10% were received. The general duration of experiment was 1.5 hours, from them 8 minutes were spent for a reaching of an operating mode.

The part of the received production was transferred to the client for the laboratory analysis.

Thus, universality and efficiency of technology of processing of biomass in the Unit of drying crushing AS-4 series was once again confirmed.
