The automatic control system for briquettes and pellets plant
Working out is finished and there is begun a batch production of an automatic control system for the biofuel factories based on the milling-drying Unit “AS” and the heat generator "Dragon". The automatic control system (ACS) is developed in two independent variants. The first variant is created by our enterprise together with the Ukrainian partner. With this system it is planned to complete, mainly, the factories delivered on territory of Ukraine, Belarus and the South of Russia. The second variant is developed by forces of our strategic partner - "EcoEnergy Ltd". This ACS is focused for a complete set of the factories delivered on territory of Russia, the Western Europe and the far abroad. Irrespective of a variant of execution of the ACS allows to exercise administration of factory on manufacture of granules, briquettes, a wood flour and other production forces by one operator. All parameters of work of factory are supported automatically. Hand control possibility it is direct from a case of the management which are near the equipment, at will of the Customer can be kept. Optionally the system can be equipped with the additional touch screen , located on a management case.
The plant for the production of wood pellets with a capacity of up to 2 tons/h began work in the village Ilyinskoye, Slobodskoy district, Kirov region. The drying site is based on the AS-4-2000 unit of the SPiCo plant (plant No. 86). The equipment was painted non-standard - in colour at the Customer's choice.
The SPiKo plant shipped equipment for the 1st chicken dung processing line at the site of one of the largest poultry farms in Russia, located in the Kirovsky district of the Leningrad Region – p/f Severnaya.
Our company has undergone voluntary certification of management systems: quality management system of equipment design and production, environmental management system, occupational safety and health management system. The corresponding certificates are received.
On the order of the enterprise from Krasnoyarsk region we have started the manufacture of equipment for the plant for the production of organic fertilizers from chicken litter (Plant No. 80).
SPiKo LLC won the tender for the design of the plant and the manufacture of equipment for the production of organic fertilizers from chicken litter. The tender was conducted by a poultry farm located in Chuvashia and part of a large and successful agricultural holding.
