By request of our partner in Ukraine - Open Company "Polybiotechnology" (city Slavutich of the Kiev area) there is begun manufacturing of the equipment for factory on manufacture of fuel briquettes from wood chips with the of milling-drying Unit AS-4-500. The factory is planned to establish in Olevsk of Zhitomir area of Ukraine.

The factory equipment on manufacture of fuel briquettes from a wood waste by productivity 1 t/hour for the enterprise in Lipetsk is shipped. The factory is based on the drying-milling Unit AS-4-1000, vortical heat generator TG-1 and briquette press C.F. Nielsen (Denmark).

On our experimental site we have successfully passed trial processing of a damp chicken dung with a straw laying. Drying and dung crushing was made by Unit AS-4-1000, a granulation – by press PGB-1. АС-4 has effectively coped with this problem - has shown high efficiency and has considerably reduced an unpleasant smell of raw materials. Production of the equipment of factory on production of wood fuel briquettes is begun in the Vologda region.

Pre-project and production of the factory equipment on production of fuel briquettes from a wood waste 1 t/hour capacity in Holm Novgorod region are started.

There are begun works on factory installation of equipment on manufacture of wood fuel briquettes in the Holm-Zhirkovsky area of the Smolensk region. The factory capital equipment: the Unit of drying-crushing of wood chips AS-4-1000, vortical heat generator TG-1 by capacity 1 MW and briquette press from our Danish partner - C.F. Nielsen.

We have made shipment of the equipment of factory on manufacture of fuel granules from straw and other agricultural waste with possibility of manufacture of fodder granules. The customer - the enterprise in Borodichi of Zelvensky area of Grodno region of Byelorussia. The factory capital equipment: the Unit of drying-crushing AS-4-1500, vortical heat generator TG-1 by capacity 1 MW and pellet mill Munch RMP-520.
