Processing of chicken dung. As well as how much?
The known sad joke says that the main production of poultry farm – dung. Its profitable utilization – dream of all heads of this growing branch. The technology of drying and a granulation of these difficult organic raw materials will allow not only to turn waste of poultry farms into their income, to solve an environmental problem of settlements, adjacent to poultry farms, but also will promote restoration of fertility of lands due to replacement of mineral fertilizers with the organic.
This triune task was in detail considered in April, 2014 at the first consulting and methodical seminar for heads of poultry farms.
Already the first seminar drew attention of experts of seven countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Hungary, Uzbekistan). The "SP-Co" company (Russia, Pskov) which makes more than ten years the equipment (complete lines) for processing of biomass and as anybody, feels increase in demand for processing of a bird's dung in the last two-three years became the initiator of action. It is connected with coming into effect in the next years (and somewhere – in the next months) penalties to poultry farms for accumulation of harmful waste.
So far the first plant with the equipment "SP-Co" makes organic fertilizers from a dung the second year (Russia, Liski of the Voronezh Region – 6 t/h). The plant in Lithuania on 1 t/h is in a start stage, and the equipment of the first stage for the line of a granulation of dung in Kazakhstan is mounted.
Three days of work of a seminar were sated with speeches of experts, discussion and an exchange of the first experience. The theoretical base was put by the report of the academician, doctor of science, chief researcher of the GNU WNITIP RAHN Lysenko W.P. (Moscow) generalizing it forty years' experience over this problem.
Steadily caused a resonance of speech of the CEO of "SP-Co" Slipchenko P.P. about technology, the equipment and ten years' experience of the company which completed already more than 65 plants in the different countries on different organic raw materials.
Representative of the "Dyunamis" (YA.V. Golosov, Moscow) and "Biogran" (V.A. Kocherga, Ukraine/Russia) presented to the audience the technologies of a fermentation process of dung which accelerates process of preparation of raw materials for a granulation and positively influences properties of future fertilizer.
Audience studied the review of the equipment applied to initial decrease in humidity, the made executive director "SP-Co" Dmitrovich O. G. (Pskov).
Demonstration of the video movie from the operating enterprise in called Liski and comments of experts to it had a great interest. In general, the evident materials in the form of slides, photos, 3D models, videos, drawings shown by all acting and included in the printing collection of materials of a seminar, helped participants to penetrate in particular technologies of processing of dung.
Experience of sales of this unique natural fertilizer already is both in the domestic Russian market, and outside our country. To work with allowing bodies, network retailers, wholesale buyers, customs authorities and another participants of process of sales it was paid much attention.

Organizers tried to supply participants with information and on financing problem solutions: presentations and contact information of banks, leasing and insurance companies with which already has the experience "SP-Co" were presented to them.
Separately at a seminar the question of application of granules from dung as fuel was considered. The foundation for discussion was laid by speech of the chief engineer of JSC "Portal Engineering" Pechnikov S. A., based on the whole series of tests. Participants agreed in opinion that and social and responsible in relation to descendants application of the granulated dung as fertilizer, but not its burning though too can offer special technology and the specific equipment for this JSC SP-Co is economic and effective.
Demonstration of processing of dung in granules on the platform "SP-Co" became logical end of a seminar. Participants saw all stages of this process, could ask the last questions, literally, to feel parameters of raw materials and the received production, without intermediaries to communicate to workers and engineers.
Despite a number of preliminary agreements on purchase of the equipment "SP-Co", not it is the main outcome of a seminar. Organizers consider the purpose reached because, as we know, information rules the world. Those who found opportunity to receive it first-hand, it is ready to acceptance of calls of time, and their business stands on the feet much more steadily.
